[OLSR-announce] olsr.org 0.4.9 released

Hi all,

The olsr.org OLSR implementation version 0.4.9 was released today!
It's been almost four months since 0.4.8 was released, and we are
all very eager to see this new version beeing deployed.
0.4.9 includes lots of new and rewritten code. Here are some highlights:
- Optimizations drastically reducing CPU usage
- LQ tweaking pr. neighbor
- Experimental multi-interface version for FreeBSD
- New plugins: httpinfo and nameservice
- NetBSD port
- LOTS of bugfixes and code-cleanups
