[OLSR-announce] 0.4.7 released

Hi all,

olsrd 0.4.7 was just released. It features a native windows GUI, WLAN 
interface detection in windows,
in addittion to quite a few bugfixes in core/linux olsrd code.
Thomas Lopatic has also put together a windows installer(using the 
NullSoft installer system) which
is available for download at olsr.org. This installer makes installing 
olsrd on windows a walk in the park :)
