olsrd v1 has no other dependencies than the standard C library.<br>
Plugins can have extra dependencies though.<br>

Kernel 2.4 is quite old, but I think it should work. Olsrd has been used<br>
with 2.4 kernels for a long time with OpenWRT.<br>
