Hi Michel,<br>
<br>
sorry, but that is not that what i asked for :)<br>
<br>
So get deeper into the configuration. My VLAN1-Interface:<br>
<blockquote type="cite">peer-18273 ~ # ip addr show dev vlan1<br>
11: vlan1@lan: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500
qdisc noqueue state UP<br>
link/ether 00:50:bf:91:23:d0 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff<br>
inet 172.16.2.25/29 brd 172.16.2.31 scope global vlan1<br>
inet 91.205.xxx.xxx/32 brd 255.255.255.255 scope global vlan1<br>
inet6 fe80::250:bfff:fe91:23d0/64 scope link<br>
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever</blockquote>
<br>
Now when i start OLSRD then the olsrd-messages will be sent with
IP-SRC 172.16.2.25.<br>
<br>
When i reconfigure my interface to something like:<br>
<br>
<blockquote type="cite">peer-18273 ~ # ip addr show dev vlan1<br>
11: vlan1@lan: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500
qdisc noqueue state UP<br>
link/ether 00:50:bf:91:23:d0 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff<br>
inet 91.205.xxx.xxx/32 brd 255.255.255.255 scope global vlan1<br>
inet 172.16.2.25/29 brd 172.16.2.31 scope global vlan1<br>
inet6 fe80::250:bfff:fe91:23d0/64 scope link<br>
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever</blockquote>
<br>
then OLSRD will use my public ip-address 91.205.xxx.xxx to send
olsr-messages.<br>
<br>
I will force OLSRD to use the 91.205.xxx.xxx address and not to take
the first IP that is available within the interface.<br>
<br>
Sometimes i change IP-Addresses (renumbering) and can not allways
remove all ip-addresses first to get my new primary-ip-address to
the top of the interface configuration.<br>
<br>
I like to have an option to define the interface-src-ip-address per
Interface-Section in olsrd.conf.<br>
<br>
I think there is a option that allready can do this, but i dont know
the name of this option.<br>

Dear List,<br>
<br>
i have more then just one ip-address allocated to my interface
"vlan1". One IP is public routed, the other is a private
routed ip-address. Now, currently my primary interface-ip
choosen from olsr is the private ip-address. When i make a
traceroute, the 172.xxx IP appears. Also the routing-table
shows "via 172.xxx dev vlan1". I like to route the traffic
over the public routed ip-address "91.205.xxx". Is there a per
interface-option in olsrd.conf to define the IP-Address, which
should used for routing?<br>
<br>
I think i saw a SrcIP option? But i can not find this property
in any OLSR-Documentation.<br>
