[OLSR-users] Management of OLSRD through IPC

i started implementing a new plain text based ipc. the discussion and  
a first draft (1) was back in march. you'll find it in the olsr-dev  
archives (2). search for ipc.

my implementation is by ways not complete but it loads as a plugin  
and does not crash olsrd for now. it definitely needs more work and  
i'll eventually manage to complete a usable version within some  
weeks, if the interest is there.
