The code was added with the commit: 
f32337e3bbf29144924607a7efbc259b4500b8cd

The last commit in which it seems to be in the source tree is:
efc6a346bcd801d5d45b63e014d8694e5de284ee

Right after efc6a34 this branch was merged back into the master, I 
believe, and after that the 'lib/obamp' directory isn't present.
